Qianjiang Feilihua Quartz Glass Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Feilihua Quartz Glass Co., Ltd., located in the Salt Chemical Industrial Park of Wangchang Town, Qianjiang City. The company established a factory and started production in Wangchang Town in 2001, becoming the first investment attraction enterprise in Wangchang Industrial Park. After years of development, the company was registered and established at the Qianjiang Administration for Industry and Commerce in May 2006. In November 2013, it obtained self operated import and export qualifications. In 2016, it added 100 acres of land and updated 102 sets of equipment. Its leading product, high-purity quartz glass ingots, has an annual production capacity of 2400 tons of high-purity quartz ingots. The company has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 management system certifications, and is a "high-tech enterprise" in Hubei Province, a pilot demonstration unit for the integration of "two modernizations", a pilot demonstration unit for intelligent manufacturing in Hubei Province, and a third level enterprise for safety production standardization.

The factory building of Qianjiang Feilihua Company is designed according to the requirements of Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025, with the concept of modern factory construction. It has a complete set of stable gas guarantee systems and 102 sets of intermittent and continuous automatic melting equipment, all of which have reached the leading level in China. Among them, the independently developed continuous melting and pulling process equipment has reached the world's advanced level. The production management process of Qianjiang Feilihua Company has achieved automation of production operations, safety monitoring, and data analysis through systems such as ERP, RFID, OA, and SCADA.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Feilihua Quartz Glass Co., Ltd., we have been working together with the headquarters to make progress.
