三維整體編織技術在工藝上突出的特點是具有編織變截面或異形截面織物的能力，運用編織工藝和設備上的技術特點，通過改變編織底盤中攜紗器的陣列形狀和每個攜紗器所載紗線的細度及其運動形式，能夠按零件的形狀和尺寸大小直接編織出三維預制件，進而保證零件整體結構性能。

The outstanding feature of 3D braided technology is the ability to weave preforms with variable or irregular crosssection. By using the technical characteristics of weaving technology and equipment,3D prefabricated parts can be directly woven according to the shape and size of the parts by changing the array shape of the yarn carrier in the weaving chassis and fineness of the yarn carried by each yarn carrier and its movement form, and ensure the overall structural performance of the parts. 3D braided products are formed as a whole of at one time, which has the characteristics of non-layered structure, higher interlayer strength and better comprehensive mechanical properties.
